Catskill Fungi is about inspiring connections with fungi. Stop by our Mushroom Mural on Rt28 to see some common edible and medicinal mushrooms of the Catskills as they present from left to right throughout the four seasons. The building where the mural is painted is our commercial kitchen, where we make our high-integrity, triple-extracted mushroom tinctures, which you can purchase on our website, at local farmers' markets, or at local stores in and around the Catskills. Around the building, you will see stacks of logs where we grow shiitake mushrooms outdoors.
