Phoenicia Library is located in the heart of the Catskill Mountains on the Main Street of the beautiful hamlet of Phoenicia. Visitors and residents may enjoy the use of our 24/7 WIFI, Verizon cell service, public computers and printers, copier and our free programs for all ages.
